        MEET THE HARMONS

We're a husband and wife team from Palm Beach, Florida with a journalistic, candid approach to wedding photography. We understand that each couple is unique in their style, story, and personality, and we strive to produce images that reflect that individuality. We limit the number of posed and staged photographs and try instead to highlight the laughter, tears, and passion that you and your guests will be feeling without our heavy involvement. Consider us documentarians. Consider us storytellers. We capture the day as it unfolds and all of the love and laughter in between. Documenting not just the big moments but all the small, quiet, in between moments that you may not even realize are happening.

We believe weddings are a social celebration of a very sacred commitment. We feel honored to be participants in every wedding we photograph and treat both the day and the people involved with the highest level of respect. We pride ourselves not only in our work, but in the lasting relationships that we build with each of our couples. We look forward to having the opportunity to share the same with you.

        Meet Michele

I’ve always been driven by love. A love for others, a love for life, a love for love. Years ago, I read a quote that stuck with me, “Make following your heart the whole point.” And that’s exactly what’s led me to where I am today. Growing up, I was the girl who brought a camera everywhere. My sister and I would stay up late and have scrapbook parties, sorting through all of our photos until the wee hours of the night. From Polaroid to disposable to digital and film, my friends and family could always count on me showing up with a camera in hand. I never wanted to miss a moment, or the chance to capture it. I wanted to document everything. And that still hasn’t changed. I love being behind the camera, in front of it, and tagging one along everywhere I go. My college days are when I met Matt, and funnily enough, the first gift I ever gave him was a handmade scrapbook! Ever since we met, he’s only added to my sense of adventure and my passion for people and picture taking. With him by my side, I’m consistently finding something new to be excited about and enjoy even the simplest things in life. I’m an optimistic soul and love the childlike wonder I feel when I travel to new places. My idea of a fun day is a movie date (with popcorn!), a trip to the arcade, a concert… or if I’m really lucky, all three! I’ll never turn down a dance, a road trip, or a good glass of wine and conversation. And you’ll always catch me smiling and trying to make others smile too!

        Meet Matt

Some of us dream of being an athlete, some an astronaut. But for me, it was always an artist. Just wasn’t sure what kind, until my 18th birthday. That year my Mom bought me a Minolta film camera. That one gift helped me find my passion, my purpose. I started taking pictures of my buddies skateboarding and surfing and felt like I finally figured out where I belonged, behind the camera. I’m a little on the shy side, so anywhere behind the scenes suits me best. That summer I took a surf trip to Costa Rica and brought the Minolta with me. It changed everything for me. It ignited a spark. I knew exactly what and who I wanted to be. I decided to pursue a photography degree from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. After graduation, my love for the great outdoors, surfing, and travel along with my desire to live an active lifestyle encouraged me to move to California. There my love for the craft only grew. My years on the west coast, surrounded by the ocean and the mountains, made me appreciate photography, nature, and life in ways I never knew possible. I moved back to Florida to be closer to my family, just in time to meet Michele (and get my first scrapbook). Marrying her and having the wedding of our dreams inspired all of this. We knew we wanted to share and capture the happiest moments in a person’s life. At weddings, we give it our all, just like we did at our own. We’re right there with you, sharing all the emotions, high-fives, fist bumps, smiles, laughter, and sometimes even tears. We love to challenge ourselves, are always looking for ways to improve, foster innovation, and come up with new ideas. Never stagnant, never complacent, always wanting to better ourselves and our craft.
